I was laying in bed on a Sunday morning and I wanted to do something fun. I could not help thinking about all the success the Fiberglass Manifesto has with his shirts... and I wanted a cool cult type shirt that people my age (mid 30's to 40's) could really relate to and think was awesome. And so the Yoda Shirt was made. It is to go with our Adirondack Trout Bum Merchandise and also our small stream short fly rod theme we have going on.
Not many people know it, but the Dagobah system ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagobah ) where Luke found Yoda living is actually well known for its large mouth bass fishery. During Lukes down time while training to be a Jedi, Yoda would often steal away for a few moments and Pop for big Largemouth Bass.... I think the yellow popper was Yoda's favorite fly.
